Our Story

Merricks Kitchen was founded by Sarah, inspired by her childhood in Merricks, a seaside town on Australia's Mornington Peninsula. At her family's property "Plein Air," Sarah developed a deep appreciation for real food made with fresh, local ingredients.

Years later in Newport Beach, California, unable to find breakfast options with the same wholesome goodness she remembered, Sarah began creating what would become Brekky Mix. What started as a family recipe evolved through careful refinement, with friends and family encouraging her to share it more widely.

In 2022, Merricks Kitchen officially launched, bridging two coastal communities through a shared passion for honest, nutritious food that nourishes both body and soul.
